IMG_9465Fitness Programs can be purchased for $75 and are designed in a 1 hour consultation and instruction session. These programs are tailored for the individual and are suitable for up to intermediate trainers.

We recommend updating your program every 8 weeks to maximise the results achieved.

Advanced, sport specific, split and injury rehabilitation  training programs are available from $95.
