 We are very fortunate to work with some very talented and dedicated young athletes, who have achieved amazing results over the last two seasons.

In 2024 we had 5 members of our training squads attending the Junior national athletics championships in Adelaide.

Results

Bronze Medal - Zac Leung 13’s 100m and 6th 200m

4th - Mitchell Cox 13’s 90m Hurdles

Finalist (7th) - James Woods 17’s 400m

Finalist (8th) - Charlie Nagal 17’s 400m Hurdles

8th - Daniel Cox 16’s Decathlon

The 2025 season saw our NSW representation increase to 8 athletes who attended the National Championships, this time in Perth with improved results and medal tally.

Gold Medal - Zac Leung x 2 u14s 4x100m and 4x200m relay and Silver 14’s 200m

Gold Medal - Jack Spencer u14’s 4x100m relay, finalist 14’s 100 and 200m

4th - Mia Rose Everson 3000m Walk and 2000m Steeple Chase*

Finalist (8th) - James Woods u18’s 400m

10th - Mikayla Duncombe - u17’s Discus*

10th - Charlie Nagal u18’s 400m Hurdles

11th - Bella Fraser u15’s Heptathlon

21st - Cameron Leung u16’s 100m

Qualified but unable to attend due to injury - Daniel Cox u17’s Decathlon

*athletes we coach for sprints but have specialist coaching for this discpiline from other coaches.

Two athletes broke ANSW and LANSW records this season.
