SQUAD SUCCESS!

We are very fortunate to work with some very talented and dedicated young athletes, who have achieved amazing results over the last two seasons.

2025

Australian All Schools in Melbourne 2025:

We had a smaller contingent representing our squad as this event by its nature is smaller as only the top 2 placed athletes in each state are eligible to enter.

Zachary L was keen to do the sprint double in the boys U14 100m and 200m events but was sadly sidelined due to an injury. He is looking forward to the 2026 Junior nationals!

  • MiaRose E - Silver medal in the U15 3000m race walk.

  • Jack S - Silver medal in the U14 90mH and Silver in the 4x100m relay representing team NSW.

  • James W - 4th in the U18 400m.

  • Daniel C - 6th in the U17 boys pole vault.

AUSTRALIAN ATHELETICS JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025:

We had our largest group of squad members participate at the Junior national athletics championships with 8 athletes traveling to Perth. It was a fabulous event with some improved results and medal tally across the squad.

  • Zac L - 2 x Gold medals in the U14s 4x100m and 4x200m relay with new national record!

  • Zach L - Silver medal - U14’s 200m

  • Jack S U14’s 4x100m relay, and finalist in the 100m and 200m

  • MiaRose E - 4th in the 3000m Walk and 2000m Steeple Chase*

  • James W- 8th in U18’s 400m

  • Mikayla D - 10th in the U17’s Discus*

  • Charlie N - 10th U18’s 400m Hurdles

  • Bella F - 11th U15’s Heptathlon

  • Cameron L - 21st -U16’s 100m with pb.

  • Qualified but unable to attend due to injury - Daniel C U17’s Decathlon

  • *athletes we coach for sprints but have specialist coaching for this discpiline from other coaches.

Two athletes broke ANSW and LANSW records this season:

James Woods U18’s 400m Athletics Record (James was one of 4 athletes in the same event to break this record an unfortunately does not hold it currently)

2024

AUSTRALIAN ATHELETICS JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024:

We had 5 members of our training squads attending the Junior national athletics championships in Adelaide.

Bronze Medal - Zac Leung 13’s 100m and 6th 200m

4th - Mitchell Cox 13’s 90m Hurdles

Finalist (7th) - James Woods 17’s 400m

Finalist (8th) - Charlie Nagal 17’s 400m Hurdles

8th - Daniel Cox 16’s Decathlon
