High Jump Coaching - Ryde
Under the very watchful eye of Coach Lynda our high jump squad trains July - April to help athletes prepare for both the school athletics seasons (July - Sept) and the ANSW / LANSW athletics season (September - April).
Coach Lynda pays careful attention to all the technical elements of high jump while keeping training fun helping athletes develop the very technical skill of the Fosbury flop!
Coaching sessions are conducted during the school terms at Dunbar Park, Marsfield.
Attendance is strictly limited to 8 athletes to ensure personal attention from Coach Lynda and plenty of jumping practice for each athlete.
Discounted Prepaid Squad -$185
Casual attendance PAYG - $35 (pending availability)
Our squad costs cover attendance for the whole term, whether your athlete attends or not. Wet weather sessions may be available at SOPAC warm up track (entry fee and parking fees apply). Should we need to cancel a session a make up session will be arranged where possible.
